Also remarking, the Vice-Chairman of Akure North local government area, Funmilayo Dapo-Filani, described the deputy governor as a man who is perfectly fit for the position he occupies, thanking Governor Aiyedatiwa for choosing the right person to work closely with him for the good of the people of the state.

According to her, “The deputy governor is a man who is very calm and loyal, even before he got to this position he has always been a man of the people and willing to assist anyone, regardless of tribe or faith”

Thanking the vice-chairmen for the kind words, and for appreciating the governor, Adelami charged them to be loyal to their respective chairmen and focus on programmes that will engender development at the grassroots.

“The most important attribute of a good vice or deputy is loyalty. Just as the Governor was loyal till the end while he was deputy, it is expected of all of us to be loyal to our bosses.
