Oyo State governor, ‘Seyi Makinde, has presented the instruments of office to the new Alaafin of Oyo, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Akeem Abimbola Owoade. The event took place on Monday at the Executive Chamber of the Governor’s Office, Oyo State Secretariat, Ibadan.
