Oyo State governor, ‘Seyi Makinde, has inspected the Fresh FM Headquarters, Ibadan, parts of which were destroyed by fire on Friday. The governor, who arrived at the station around around 7.30pm, expressed his sympathy to the chairman of the Radio Station, Dr Olayinka Joel Ayefele and the management. Former Sokoto State governor, Aminu Tambuwal, is in the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over alleged fraudulent cash withdrawals totalling N189 billion. The withdrawals are said to contravene the Money Laundering (Prevention & Prohibition) Act, 2022.
