The Aare Musulumi of Yorubaland, Edo and Delta States, His Eminence Alhaji Dawud Makanjuola Akinola, has warmly felicitated with the Chairman of the Nigeria Revenue Service (NRS), Dr. Zaccheus Adedeji, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a visionary administrator and a committed public servant whose leadership continues to strengthen Nigeria’s revenue system.
In a congratulatory message personally signed by him and released by his Special Assistant on Media and Communications, Faysol Oluwakemi, the Aare Musulumi praised Dr. Adedeji’s track record of professionalism, transparency, and reform-driven leadership, noting that his stewardship at the FIRS now NRS continue to reflect discipline, innovation, and a clear understanding of national economic priorities.
According to the Aare, Dr. Adedeji’s work has contributed significantly to improving revenue generation, institutional efficiency, and public confidence adding that such dedication to national service is worthy of celebration and emulation.
While commending his achievements, the Aare Musulumi also admonished the celebrant to remain steadfast in upholding integrity, fairness, and accountability, reminding him that leadership is a trust from Allah and a responsibility to serve the people with humility, justice, and the fear of God.
He further encouraged Dr. Adedeji to continue to prioritize policies and reforms that promote economic stability, inclusive growth, and national development, especially in a time when Nigerians look up to public office holders for hope, direction, and responsible governance.
