The Deputy Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency, Barrister Bayo Lawal, has extended warm felicitations to the Executive Chairman of Irepo Local Government, Hon. Tunde Taoheed Olayiwola aka TT, on the occasion of his birthday.
In a congratulatory message released on Wednesday, the Deputy Governor lauded the Council Chairman for his dedication to public service and his commitment to the progress of the “Pacesetter State” at the local government level.
Barrister Lawal described Hon. Olayiwola as a “seasoned political grassrooter” whose leadership has brought a fresh perspective to local administration. He noted that the Chairman has significantly transformed and positively impacted the political landscape of Irepo Local Government since assuming office.
“Hon. Olayiwola TT has proven himself to be a leader who understands the heartbeat of his people,” the statement read. “Since his assumption of office, he has demonstrated a passion for grassroots development, aligning perfectly with the ‘Omituntun 2.0’ agenda of His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde. His impact on the political and socio-economic fabric of Irepo is both visible and commendable.”
The Deputy Governor further remarked that the celebrant’s approach to governance has fostered unity and progress within the local government, making him a pivotal figure in the state’s current political dispensation.
While wishing the Chairman a memorable celebration, Barrister Lawal prayed for God’s continued guidance, sound health, and more wisdom as he continues to serve the people of Irepo and Oyo State at large.
