The former Chairman of the Oyo State Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (OyoRUWASSA), Hon. Najeem Omirinde, has extended warm birthday wishes to the Honourable Commissioner for Lands, Housing and Urban Development, Mr. Williams Akin-Funmilayo , as he marks another remarkable year of life.
In a goodwill message made available to the press on Saturday, Hon. Omirinde described Mr. Williams as a diligent public servant, a seasoned administrator, and a patriotic son of Oyo State whose contributions to the development of the state, especially in the area of land reform and urban planning, have been exemplary.
“Today, I join family, friends, and well-wishers in celebrating a man of vision and purpose, Mr. Akin-Funmilayo Williams. His dedication to the progress of Oyo State under the administration of Governor Seyi Makinde is commendable. I pray that God grants him long life, sound health, and greater accomplishments in the years ahead,” Hon. Omirinde stated.
He further prayed for continued wisdom and strength for the Commissioner as he continues to serve the state with excellence and integrity.
The birthday felicitation adds to the growing list of tributes pouring in from across the state, acknowledging Mr. Williams’ service and commitment to the advancement of Oyo State.
