The Director General of the Oyo State Investment and Public-Private Partnership Agency (OYSIPA), Mr. Tilewa Folami, has felicitate Otunba Segun Ogunwuyi, the Chief of Staff to Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State, on the occasion of his 51st birthday.
In his congratulatory message, Mr. Folami described Otunba Ogunwuyi as an exemplary leader whose contributions to the growth and development of Oyo State remain commendable. He particularly acknowledged Otunba Ogunwuyi’s pivotal role during his tenure as the pioneer Director General of OYSIPA, where he laid a solid foundation that continues to drive the agency’s successes.
“Otunba Ogunwuyi’s visionary leadership during his time at OYSIPA positioned the agency as a model for investment facilitation and public-private partnerships in Nigeria. His efforts have made it easier for us to build upon the strong foundation he established, and we remain grateful for his enduring legacy,” Mr. Folami stated.
He further lauded Otunba Ogunwuyi for his unshakeable commitment to excellence and his contributions to the administration of Governor Seyi Makinde, which have significantly advanced the state’s development.
