Odidiomo Pledges Inclusive Representation As He Resumes 2025 Plenary With A Prayer Session

The lawmaker representing Ibadan North-west/Ibadan South-west federal constituency of Oyo state at the national assembly, Hon. Adedeji Stanley Dhikrullahi Olajide, has reiterated his commitment to an inclusive and all-encompassing representation, that prioritizes the welfare and development of his constituents.

Hon. Olajide disclosed this, while outlining his expectations for the new year, at a solemn prayer session to commence the 2025 plenary session.

The prayers, according to his Special Adviser, Media and Public Affairs, Tolu Mustapha, which was held simultaneously at his national assembly office in abuja and his constituency office in Ibadan is aimed at dedicating the successes of the previous years of representation to the people of his constituency and to also seek divine guidance for the tasks ahead in 2025.

Hon. Olajide, while speaking during the session, expressed gratitude for the unwavering support and cooperation of his constituents, which he said, propelled him to achieve numerous milestones since his election into the National Assembly.

He highlighted some of his achievements in the last five years to include, facilitating infrastructural projects, youth empowerment initiatives and robust legislative contributions, that have impacted lives positively within his constituency.

According to the two term PDP lawmaker, “This year, we aim to consolidate on past successes while breaking new grounds. My focus will remain on impactful representation, which ensures no one is left behind.”

While rallying for more support in the discharge of his legislative duties, Hon. Adedeji Olajide, who is the chairman of the House committee on Digital, Information Communication Technology and Cyber security, called on his constituents to continue to support and engage with his office, emphasizing that their input remains invaluable in shaping policies and plans for the sustainable growth and development Ibadan North-west/Ibadan South-west federal constituency of Oyo state.

He further promised to intensify efforts in addressing pressing issues such as youth unemployment, infrastructure deficits and access to quality education and also assured his constituents of his resolve to work closely with relevant stakeholders at both state and federal levels to bring more developmental projects to Oyo State.
