Technical Education: Oyo State Government Is Committed To Improved Standard Of Education – Oyo SSG

Oyo State Government, through the Secretary to the State Government Mrs Olubamiwo Adeosun has said that the present administration in the State is keenly interested in an improved Technical and Science Education that will turn waste to wealth in the state.

She made this known during a courtesy visit paid to her office by the Ministerial Team from Federal Ministry of Education on the Establishment of a new Federal Science and Technical College in Oyo State.

She said the present administration in the State is highly committed to the Education of its citizens, which is why the State Government is investing heavily in the education sector by embarking on free and quality education policy for all across all public primary and secondary schools in Oyo state.

The Oyo SSG said the free Education policy of the State Government has come to stay, urging people to continue to support Government strategic plans in the education sector.

In his remarks, the team leader from Federal Ministry of Education Mr Adeleye Adeoye said the team are in the State to inspect the sites for the location of a Federal Science and Technical College.

The event had in attendance Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Professor Daud Sangodoyin and many others.
