Members of the Executive Council of Oyo state in its maiden meeting today approved the procurement of 100 Rio vehicles for security agencies and exercise books for primary and secondary school students in state-owned school.
Governor Seyi Makinde, also urged all members to be dispassionate about their contributions, and also be willing to challenge the positions of each other, including himself.
