ONADEP Will Be Resuscitated Makinde Assures Oke Ogun.
In line with his promise to boost the agric sector, the Peoples Democratic Party governorship candidate in Oyo state Engr. Seyi Makinde has told the people of Oke Ogun that the defunct Oyo North Agricultural Development Program will be resuscitated to further give impetus to agricultural development in the state.
He said this today at Saki west local government area where the PDP governorship campaign train birthed. While addressing the mammoth crowd at the rally held in front of the Saki town, Engr. Makinde also assured the people of Saki that the abandoned Saki road project will also be completed by his administration.
Furthermore the PDP governorship candidate also noted that the salary arrears owned lecturers and staff of Oke Ogun Polytechnic running into several months will be cleared when he assumes office.
Makinde who reminded the people of his promise to provide portable water for Saki and it’s environment reiterated his commitment to the promise, if the people of Saki west will vote for PDP candidates in the forth coming elections.
Earlier the campaign convoy of the PDP governorship candidate had gone through major streets in Saki from temple Junction to sango, Kolawole to Bagi’s Palace. Engr. Makinde also met with Alhaji Tijani Masa a frontline political leader in Saki West. Alhaji Masa pledged his commitment to the PDP candidate.
