Makinde’s Aide On Housing And Urban Development Tilewa Folami Calls On Real Estate Investors To Take advantage Of The Business Friendly Environment Of Oyo State
Special Assistant on Housing and Urban Development to governor Seyi Makinde Mr. Tilewa Folami has called on Institutional investors in the real estate sector to take advantage of the friendly business environment put in place by the present administration.
Folami, gave this advice recently when he took journalist on a tour of the Rashidi Ladoja GRA to showcase the ongoing modernization by the Oyo State Government in creating safe and secure communities.
Folami, while addressing journalist noted that the Senator Rashidi Ladoja GRA along Lagos-Ibadan Expressway is one amongst many ongoing real estate developments across the state. He stressed that the Seyi Makinde led administration is committed to creating an enabling environment that has opened huge interest by private investors in developing Oyo state, and creating employment for our people while increasing our economic potentials.
He further stated “It is our policy to continually address the housing deficit by introducing appropriate policies, schemes and programs to ensure that our people have access to safe housing and environment.
Lastly, Folami who is a trained US lawyer called on institutional investors in the real estate sector to take advantage of the conducive business environment as the government of governor Seyi Makinde is putting necessary infrastructure in place that will make their investment attractive and profitable.
