Just In: Akeredolu Debunks Reported Violence, Injury At Voting Centre, One Reported Dead

Wife of Ondo state governor and governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) at the ongoing at the ongoing guber election in the state, Mrs Betty Akeredolu has debunked reported violence stating that it was a handiwork of detractors, Sunrisebulletin.com gathers.
It was reported that shortly after the state governor and APC candidate, Arakunrin Rotimi Akeredolu casted his vote at his polling unit, violence erupted as some unidentified hoodlums tried to disrupt the election process leading to Mrs Akeredolu securing some injury.
She has however stated that such story was a mere handiwork of her husband’s detractors.
She said: “I’m even happy that you asked that question, for the world to see what our detractors are trying to do to damage the exercise, to distort information to put us on a bad light and I can assure you that within few minutes I have been receiving calls and messages.
“So please put it up on your TV stations immediately.
“Well, I’m certain that we will emerge victoriously because we have worked hard, we have worked hard! there was no assumption of the power of incumbency as people will always say, we campaign really really hard lime our lives depended on it so I see no reason why Mr ‘Talk and Do’ will not emerge victoriously,”she concluded.
In another news, a notable Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) stalwart popularly called Gboyega has been reportedly shot dead at Oke-Ijebu in Akure by yet to be identified persons.
