I am the most qualified to represent Ibarapa east/ Ido federal constituency- Hon. Adeola Adesina

Hon. Adeola Isiaka Adesina a federal house of representatives aspirants, on the platform of Africa Democratic Congress, has said that he is the most qualified to represent Ibarapa East and Ido federal constituency at the green chamber based on his political antecedent. He made this remark in an exclusive chat with Sunrisebulletin.com, in Ibadan, the Oyo state capital yesterday.

The two term Oyo state house of Assembly member noted that the experience he has gathered over the years has adequately prepared him for the challenges ahead, when he becomes the house member representing Ibarapa Ido federal constituency.

Hon. Adesina, who has attempted twice to represent his constituency told Sunrisebulletin.com that he contested for the position in 2015 under the Labour party and 2011 at the primary level in PDP, he however said though he failed at those attempts, 2019 is his year to shine.

Asked about what are his previous political accomplishments, Hon. Adeshina who is also a two term executive chairman of Ido local government stressed that, he remains the only chairman in the history of the local government to build a block of three classrooms in very ward in the local government. He also was the only chairman who embarked on rural electrification of Ido, he stressed that his achievements on both occasion as the chairman in Ido is yet to be surpassed.

Speaking further, Hon. Adesina who was the minority and majority leader in the Oyo state house of assembly 1999- 2003 and 2003-2007 respectively said while in the house he also built classrooms for several schools in Ido, including one for the physically challenged
Previous efforts notwithstanding he noted that his people has assured him of their support, more so since Ibarapa zone has assumed the position for the last 12 years, it is the time for Ido zone to present a candidate, he said “even people in Ibarapa knows that It is the time for Ido to represent the federal constituency”and he is the most qualified amongst them all based on his political antecedent.

Hon. Adesina who is a trained surveyor, a farmer and a hotelier said none of the the aspirants are in the same political level as him, and he is sure of emerging not just as the candidate of Africa Democratic Congress, but we will be the house member representing Ibarapa/ Ido federal constituency.
