Honourable Sheriff Adeojo Visits Omi/Apata Primary Healthcare Centre, Pays Off Patients Medical Bills
The caretaker chairman of Omi/Apata local council development area (LCDA) honorable Sherrif Adeojo has paid an unscheduled courtesy visit to the primary healthcare centre at the council and took many by more surprise when he paid off the outstanding medical bills of all patients under medical attention.
The versatile chairman who made the surprise visit on Tuesday stated that the people needed to feel the impact of government at the grassroots level at all times adding that his visit was to assist the patients currently receiving medical attention without raising any prior anticipation.
He assured that his administration will continue to move government to closer to the people noting that it is for the interest of the people that government exists.
Meanwhile, Honorable Adeojo has made a swift response to an emergency call on him from a whatsapp group over a badly damaged Elebu market to Akuru Hassan road turned death trap along Hassan block linking the Technical college.
The chairman in company of some top council officials and PDP stalwarts moved to the location and made a first hand assessment, promising to address the situation without further delays.
