Covid19:Alawode Distributes Hand Sanitisers, Buckets And Soaps To Market women In Ibadan South East LG

The caretaker chairman, Ibadan South-East local Government, Pastor Emmanuel Oluwole Alawode has distributed hand sanitizers, buckets, and soaps across all the markets in the local Government areas as part of his efforts to prevent and safeguard the spread of Convid-19 in his local Government areas.

Speaking during the distribution exercise the council boss advised the local Government marketers to adhering strictly to all medical advice and instructions in order to prevent the spread of this virus in the Local Government.

While delivering His Excellency message Governor Seyi Makinde to the marketers in the council areas, the council boss enjoined them to ensure and maintain proper hygiene at home , shops and their respective environment through frequent hand washing with soap, running water and application of hand sanitizers.
The chairman further commended His Excellency Governor Seyi Makinde on his various efforts and steps towards the control and prevention of Convid-19 in Oyo state. He added that Almighty God in His Infinity mercies will see him through his trying season.

Speaking on the preventive methods taken by his administration to prevent spreading of Convid-19 in the local Government, Pastor stated that the whole offices in the local government Secretariat had been fumigated and he has visited various Radio stations with medical consultant in the local government for aggressive campaign and awareness advocacy on prevention and spreading of Convid-19 and the local government had trained and demonstrated the use of hand sanitizer to the local government indigenes.
