Constituency Hails AKT As He Commissions Newly Opened Access Bank Office, Promises Partnership To Create Revolving Wealth

Encomium and eulogies have continued to trail Honorable Olajide Akintunde representing Lagelu state constituency at the Oyo state house of assembly following recognition of his Immense contributions to the development of Lagelu by members of the corporate world especially Access Bank Plc for inviting the lawmaker to commission the newly opened office, and have admonished the lawmaker to continue in the path of love and economic prosperity for the people he represents.
The PDP party whip at the Oyo assembly stated that his desire to venture into politics was born out of the believe that if all notable members of the society would shy away from participating in politics on the ground that it is perceived as a dirty game because of how it is practiced in this part of the world then the collective destiny of the people will be left in the hands of charlatans and gesters who’s primary aim is to acquire public wealth for personal aggrandizement.
AKT made this remark yesterday while addressing Sunrise Bulletin correspondent in his office shortly after returning from Monatan area of Lagelu where he had gone to commission the newly opened Access Bank Office, and added that there is need for strong synergy between players in the corporate world and public office holders in the state because the herculean task of serving humanity is not just a responsibility that should be left in the hands of government but a collective responsibility that must be embraced by both the public and private sectors operators.
Honorable Akintunde who expressed optimism that the newly opened office of the bank at Monatan will further create security and safety for residents in the area added that the presence of the bank was long overdue as the world was already migrating into a cashless society to reduce the risks of carrying physical cash around.
AKT however assured that his office is already working on how to partner with the bank on ways to create revolving wealth through easy access to loan facilities for members of his constituency adding that the reality on ground in terms of availability of funds requires him to explore other opportunities in a bid to bring physical development to his constituency as the situation requires more pragmatic and proactive approach noting that expectations are high as the people have endured eight turbulent years in of untold hardship in the hands of APC led administration whose achievements are rather in the newspapers than being felt by the people.
The lawmaker however thanked the bank for the recognition accorded to him, pledging his continued dedication and commitment to the development of Lagelu as a whole.
