Jubilation erupted at the Oyo state Court of Appeal by supporters of the state chapter of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) following the judgement of the appellate court in the case between the embattled ALGON led by Prince Abass Aleshinloye and Oyo state government over dissolution of the sack ALGON.
The court after considering all evidences and submissions of both legal teams upheld the validity the decision of the Oyo state government to dissolve the sacked ALGON.
