Barely 72 hours after Senator Rashidi Ladoja moved to Zenith Labour party, zlp the party’s house of representative candidate in ido/ibarapa federal constituency, Hon. Isiaka Adeola Adesina has rejected and withdrew his nomination as candidate.
In his letter of Withdrawal addressed to the zlp state chairman comrade Abisoye, a copy of which was made available to this newspaper, Hon. Adesina a two term member of the Oyo state house of assembly did not give reasons for his rejection of the Zlp nomination.
Effort made by Sunrisebulletin.com to speak with Hon. Adesina was not fruitful as at the time this report was filed.
It will be recalled that a few days back two of Oyo state Zenith Labour party senatorial candidates for Oyo South and Oyo North, Hon. Nureni Adisa former National Secretary Accord and Architect Bashiru Lawal former state Chairman Accord, and known loyalist of Senator Ladoja has also rejected their nominations by Zlp.
