The new Nigeria Tax Act has exempted several items from the 7.5 percent value-added tax (VAT) The legislation is among four tax reform bills signed into law by President Bola Tinubu on June 26. The Oyo State Government has paid out the sum of N200 million to a fresh batch of property owners affected by the ongoing construction on the first segment of the Senator Rashidi Ladoja Circular Road.
