Despite the recent upward adjustments of the Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) petrol by different prices, the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has left its unchanged at N880 per litre in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). Oyo State governor, ‘Seyi Makinde, on Monday, conducted a former governor of the state and Otun Olubadan of Ibadanland, Senator Rashidi Ladoja round the Ibadan Circular Road Project, named after him. The duo inspected the 32.2 kilometres East Wing of the project, which infrastructure component is nearing completion.
