The former Chairman of Oyo State Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (RUWASSA), Engr. Najeem Omirinde, has extended warm greetings to Muslims in Saki Federal Constituency and beyond on the occasion of this year’s Eid-el-Mawlid celebration.
In his goodwill message, Omirinde congratulated the Chief Imam of SAKI, Abdul AZEEZ Jeje Kumin, Okere of Saki Oba (Dr.) Khalid Oyeniyi Olabisi Oyedepo III and Muslim ummah in Saki West/ Saki East/Atisbo Federal Constituency and Oyo state Muslim Ummah for witnessing the commemoration of the birth of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), describing the occasion as a time for deep reflection on the Prophet’s teachings of peace, humility, and compassion.
He urged Muslims to imbibe the values of love, patience, and tolerance exemplified by the Prophet, stressing that such virtues are essential for promoting harmony and development within the constituency and Oyo State at large.
“On this special occasion of Eid-el-Mawlid, I felicitate with our Muslim brothers and sisters in Saki Federal Constituency and across the nation. The life of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) is a guide for us all, and his teachings remain relevant to building a just and peaceful society,” Omirinde said.
He also called on residents to continue supporting initiatives that foster unity and progress, assuring that he remains committed to the well-being and development of Saki and its people.
Omirinde prayed for peace, prosperity, and divine blessings upon all Muslim faithful and the entire constituency.
