Hon. Najeem Omirinde, the former Chairman of the Oyo State Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (OyoRUWASSA), has extended warm birthday wishes to the Deputy Governor of Oyo State, Barrister AbdulRaheem Adebayo Lawal, as he marks another year today.
