Governor Seyi Makinde of oyo state has just approved the appointment of a record 45 Permanent Secretaries and 3 Executive Secretaries.
The announcement was signed by the Head of Service Mrs Olubunmi Oni MNI and released by the Commissioner for Information and Orientation Prince Dotun Oyelade.
