Hon. Yusuf Adebisi To Unveil Constituency Office, Plans Partnership With Private Organizations To Empower Constituent

Following the success of the first vocational skill acquisition trainning under Hon. Yusuf Adebisi Vocational Trainning Program, the lawmaker representing Ibadan south west state constituency I at the Oyo state house of assembly, honourable Yusuf Adebisi Oladeni has hinted on his proposed plans to partner with private organizations to increase the capacity of the program in order to be able to reach out for more unemployed youths through proper vocational trainning and financial empowerment.

Hon. Adebisi revealed this yesterday in his office at the house of assembly building, Ibadan, while having a chat with sunrise news correspondent. He stated that his passion to rid his constituent of the ravaging poverty has been causing him sleepless nights and restlessness noting that four years is such a very short time to procastinate on his development plans because people have suffered for too long under the last administration.

The lawmaker expressed his desire to use the ocassion of unveiling the newly completed constituency office to begin another set of vocational training aimed at poverty alleviation.

In his words, he said “This is what i have been doing from the first day i resumed office which i will continue to do but the urge to really do more is driving my passion to see my people lifted up  from the povert ladder, i really think time is flying and if we must make real impact on our people then we need to double the hustle, as we can all hear everybody shouting the governor’s name everywhere as God sent man because of his immediate impact on the state and its workforce, so also I want people to feel my impact in term of improving the quality of their lives positively, which is why we are unveiling our newly completed constituency office in about a week from now to enable me spend more time with the people who gave me this mandate, although all this is coming from my personal pocket because we have not received a dime for constituency projects but it is the sacrifice that we must make because even till now as we speak our governor is also yet to get an official car, he has been running the affairs of the state using his personal cars.”

The lawmaker however assures of plans cooking up in the pipeline that will soon be unveilled to the utmost benefit of all members of his constituency.
