The Deputy Governor of Oyo State, Barrister Abdul-Raheem Adebayo Lawal, has extended warm felicitations to the Iba of Kishi, His Royal Majesty Oba Mosoud Aweda Oyekola Lawal Arowoduye II, JP, on the occasion of his 71st birthday.
In a message personally signed by him, the Deputy Governor described the revered monarch as a symbol of peace, wisdom, and progress whose reign has continued to foster unity and development in Kishi and the wider Oke-Ogun region.
Lawal commended Oba Arowoduye II for his steadfast commitment to the welfare of his people and his support for the Seyi Makinde-led administration in its efforts to entrench sustainable growth across the state.
He noted that the Iba’s visionary leadership and fatherly guidance have remained invaluable to the government, especially in promoting communal harmony and driving grassroots development.
“As you celebrate your 71st birthday, I join the good people of Kishi in thanking Allah for your life of service, honour, and dedication,” the Deputy Governor stated.
“Your contributions to peace-building and community development stand as enduring legacies that continue to inspire.”
He prayed that the Almighty grants the monarch long life in sound health, greater wisdom, and continued strength to lead the Kishi community to greater heights.
The Deputy Governor further wished Oba Arowoduye II a joyous birthday celebration and many more remarkable years on the throne of his forefathers.
