The Deputy Governor of Oyo State, Barrister Adebayo Abdul-raheem Lawal, has felicitated Professor Dahud Kehinde Sangodoyin, the Oyo State Commissioner for Energy and Mineral Resources, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary. In a statement released from his office in Ibadan, the Deputy Governor lauded Professor Sangodoyin for his exemplary leadership,commitment, and significant contributions to the development of Oyo State.
Barrister Lawal described Professor Sangodoyin as a dedicated public servant whose tireless efforts have significantly advanced the state’s infrastructure and energy sectors. “Professor Sangodoyin is a goal getter l whose commitment to the progress of Oyo State is truly commendable. His contributions, in every sector he has been called upon to serve, have set a strong foundation for sustainable development and economic growth,” the Deputy Governor remarked.
Emphasizing Sangodoyin’s achievements, Barrister Lawal noted his pivotal role in driving the state’s energy initiatives, since his resumption as the commissioner for energy.
The Deputy Governor further commended Professor Sangodoyin’s loyalty to Governor Seyi Makinde’s administration, describing him as a “loyal foot soldier” whose versatility has seen him excel in various portfolios, including Education, Establishment and Training, Public Works and Transport, and now Energy and Mineral Resources. “His ability to adapt and deliver results in every role is a proof to his competence and dedication,” Lawal praised his selfless contributions to the state’s infrastructural development.
