Oyo State Deputy Governor, Barr. Abdul-Raheem Adebayo Lawal, has felicitated with the state Commissioner for Budget and Planning, Professor Musibau Babatunde, on his birthday anniversary.
In a birthday message made available to newsmen on Wednesday, the Deputy Governor expressed gratitude to Allah for His boundless blessings and mercy on Babatunde’s life.
He described him as an astute educationist, economist, deeply concern about the growth and development of the state.
The Deputy Governor noted that Prof. Babatunde made significant contributions by helping to develop and implement the state’s development plans.
He commended the commissioner for developing long-term, medium-term, and short-term plans for the state’s development.
Barr. Lawal prays that Allah grants him good health and many more years of favour so he can keep serving humanity.
