Former Chairman of Oyo State Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (OyoRUWASSA), Hon. Najeem Omirinde, has lauded Governor Seyi Makinde for his recent appointment of permanent secretaries in the state civil service. He specifically expressed appreciation for the inclusion of three distinguished individuals from Saki West local government area, Waheed Ajuwon Tijani, Audu Hakim Ademola, and Mustapha Taiwo Niran. Also appointed as Tutor General is Mr Folawiyo Yusuf Suleyman
In a statement issued on Saturday, Hon. Omirinde described the appointments as a reflection of Governor Makinde’s commitment to promoting inclusivity, rewarding merit, and recognizing excellence across all regions of the state.

“These appointments underscore the governor’s dedication to fair representation and his resolve to ensure that capable hands are entrusted with the responsibility of advancing the state’s development agenda. The inclusion of our sons from Saki—Waheed Ajuwon Tijani, Audu Hakim Ademola, and Mustapha Taiwo Niran—reflects Governor Makinde’s deep sense of equity and his recognition of the immense potential within the Oke-Ogun region,” Omirinde stated.
He further commended the governor for his visionary leadership, which continues to prioritize the welfare of citizens and strengthen governance structures. According to Hon. Omirinde, the appointment of the three permanent secretaries is not only a source of pride for Saki but also an inspiration to youths in the region to aspire to greater heights.
Hon. Omirinde urged the newly appointed permanent secretaries to justify the confidence reposed in them by discharging their duties with diligence, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. He also assured the governor of continued support from the people of Saki and Oke-Ogun as the administration strives to deliver on its promises.
