Hon. Najeem Omirinde, former Chairman OyoRUWASSA , has expressed deep sadness over the passing of Olori Alhaja Waliyat Olabisi, the beloved wife of His Royal Majesty, Oba Halid Olabisi Ilugbemidepo, the Okere of Saki.
In a condolence statement, Hon. Omirinde described Olori Waliyat Olabisi as a pillar of strength and grace, whose contributions to the progress of the Saki Kingdom, stating that commitments and support for the Kabiyesi will always be remembered.

“The loss of Olori Waliyat Olabisi is not only a loss to the royal household but to the entire Saki community and Oyo State. She was a beacon of love, compassion, and dedication to the people,” Hon. Omirinde said.
He extended his condolences to Oba Halid Olabisi Ilugbemidepo, the royal family, and the people of Saki, praying for strength and comfort during this difficult time.
“As we mourn this great loss, let us also celebrate the legacy of Olori Waliyat Olabisi, whose life was graceful filled with kindness and service. May Almighty Allah grant her Al-Jannah Firdaus and give her family and the entire Saki Kingdom the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss,” he concluded.
The entire community joins Hon. Omirinde in praying for the repose of her soul and in supporting the royal family during this time of grief.
